Important Dates

Application Fees

• General/OBC(NCL): ₹500 + applicable taxes

• SC/ST/PwBD/EWS/Ex-Servicemen: Nil

• Fee once paid is NOT refundable under any circumstances

Selection Process

1. For Grade A & B (except Security): Computer Based Test (CBT) + Personal Interview (PI)

2. For Security Officer (SO-17): Personal Interview only

3. For Confidential Secretary & Hindi Officer: CBT + Proficiency/Skill Test

4. CBT Weightage: 85% for most posts

5. PI Weightage: 15% for most posts

Pay Scales

1. rade C: ₹80,000 - ₹2,20,000

2. Grade B: ₹60,000 - ₹1,80,000

3. Grade A: ₹50,000 - ₹1,60,000

4. Approximate Total Emoluments:

   1. Grade C: ₹1,50,000

   2. Grade B: ₹1,20,000

   3. Grade A: ₹90,000

Eligibility Requirements

• Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply

• All qualifications must be from recognized universities/institutes

• Engineering degrees must be of minimum 4 years duration

• Post Graduate degrees must be of minimum 2 years duration

• Relevant post-qualification experience required for some posts

• Age proof: Only Matriculation/10th Standard certificate accepted

Reservation Information

• Reservation applicable for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD as per Govt. guidelines

• 5 posts reserved for PwBD candidates (including 1 backlog)

• OBC candidates must submit valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate

• EWS candidates must submit valid Income and Assets Certificate

• PwBD candidates must submit disability certificate (40% or more disability)

Age Relaxation

• J&K Domicile (1980-1989): 5 years

• Ex-Servicemen: 5 years

• PhD in relevant discipline: 3 years

• OIL Internal candidates: Maximum 54 years

• PwBD: As per Government directives

• Maximum upper age limit after all relaxations: 54 years

Required Documents

• Matriculation/10th certificate for age proof

• Educational qualification certificates and mark sheets

• Experience certificates (if applicable)

• Caste/category certificate (if applicable)

• PwBD certificate (if applicable)

• NOC from current employer (if employed in Govt./PSU/Autonomous Body)

• Valid photo ID proof for selection process

Other Important Information

• Probation period: 1 year for all posts

• Service bond: 3 years for Grade B (except AC-07 & SO-17)

• Posting anywhere in OIL operational areas

• Transferable as per company requirements

• Medical fitness as per OIL standards is mandatory

• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification
