Three-Stage Selection Flow
The
selection process is merit-based and competitive, designed to assess technical
knowledge, aptitude, and executive communication skills:
- Online Examination (CBT): An objective-type test covering
technical and general aptitude.
- Group Discussion (GD): For shortlisted candidates,
assessing communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Personal Interview: The final stage to evaluate
suitability for an executive role.
- Document Verification (DV) &
Medical Examination: Final checks before appointment.

Exam Structure (CBT) |
The Written
Examination is expected to have 80% weightage for the Core Subject and 20%
weightage for the General Aptitude Test. The exam will be a single session
of 180 minutes (3 hours).

Operating Systems, Networking (OSI/TCP-IP), Cyber Security.
- Emerging Technologies: Fundamentals of IoT, Block
Chain, Cloud Computing, and AI in Telecom.
- Project Management: Basic planning tools (PERT,
CPM) and implementation.
Finance Stream Syllabus (CA/CMA)
- Financial Accounting: Accounting Standards, Financial
Reporting, Company Accounts, and Auditing.
- Cost & Management
Accounting:
Costing Methods, Budgetary Control, Strategic Cost Management.
- Taxation: Direct Tax (Income Tax Law) and
Indirect Tax (GST).
- Corporate & Industrial Laws: Company Law, Contract Act,
Industrial Laws, and Ethics.
- Financial Management: Working Capital Management,
Investment Decisions, Ratio Analysis.

- Initial Basic Pay: ₹ 24,900/- per month.
- Gross Monthly Salary: Typically ranges from ₹60,000
to ₹70,000 at the time of joining, including allowances like Dearness
Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), and
other admissible benefits.
- Career Progression: After successful completion of
the training and probation period, candidates are considered for promotion
to Assistant General Manager (AGM) in the E-4 Pay Scale (₹32,900 –
₹58,000).
