the copy of the paid challan (Original/Duplicate/Triplicate) to the counseling
venue.

Here
are answers to some of the most common questions regarding the counseling

1. What is the date, time, and venue for
the counseling?
The counseling
will be held on 22nd October 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Government
Ayurvedic College, Jalukbari, Guwahati-14.
2. Is physical presence mandatory for the
counseling?
Yes, absolutely. All
candidates must appear for the counseling in person on the scheduled date and
time. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your merit position, and no
claims will be considered later.
3. What is the most important document I
need to bring?
While you need all originals, two critical documents are:
The duly filled APPLICATION FORM
(Schedule-I).
The original Treasury Challan as proof of payment of the ₹500
counseling fee.
4. I am an OBC/MOBC candidate. What
special document do I need?
You must bring
the original Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate issued by the
District Commissioner (DC) of your district. Also, ensure that Annexure-III of
your application form clearly states your NCL status.

The selection for
provisional admission is made strictly based on the merit position/rank
obtained in the NEET-UG 2025 examination, as per the state's admission
