Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Refineries
Division, has released a recruitment notification (Advt No: IOCL/2025/Non-Exec)
for the engagement of Non-Executive Personnel across its various
refineries in India. IOCL invites online applications from bright, young, and
energetic persons of Indian Nationality for selection to various posts in the
pay scale of Rs. 25,000 – 1,05,000/-.
The recruitment drive aims to fill 394 vacancies for
posts like Junior Engineering Assistant (Production, P&U, Electrical,
Mechanical, Instrumentation) and Junior Quality Control Analyst.

Eligibility Criteria |
Candidates must meet the specific age and educational
qualification requirements as of 31st December 2025.

Educational Qualification
- JEA-IV
(Production): 3-Year Diploma in Chemical / Refinery &
Petrochemical Engg. OR B.Sc. (Maths, Physics, Chemistry or
Industrial Chemistry) with min. 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).
- JEA-IV
(P&U): 3-Year Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engg. OR
Matric with ITI (Fitter) with Boiler Competency Certificate (1st/2nd
Class).
- JEA-IV
(Electrical): 3-Year Diploma in Electrical Engineering with min. 50%
marks.
- JEA-IV
(Mechanical): 3-Year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with min. 50%
marks.
- JEA-IV
(Instrumentation): 3-Year Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics
& Instrumentation Engg.
- Jr.
Quality Control Analyst-IV: B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry/Industrial
Chemistry & Maths with min. 50% marks.
- JEA-IV
(Fire & Safety): Matric + Sub-Officers' Course from NFSC-Nagpur OR
Equivalent with Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
