Criteria |
The recruitment is for the District FRA Cell on a
contractual basis. Below are the post-wise details:
1. Co-Ordinator (FRA)

- Educational
Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Science or Social
Work.
- Experience:
Preference will be given to candidates with minimum 5 years of
domain experience in Rural Development & Tribal Welfare.
- Remuneration:
As per Department norms.
2. MIS/Program (FRA) / Associate FRA
- No.
of Posts: 01
- Educational
Qualification:
- B.Sc
/ BA in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Social Science from a
reputed institution.
- Must
possess a Diploma in Information Technology (IT) / Computer
Applications.
- Experience:
Minimum 2 years of domain experience in large-scale data processing
and management.
- Remuneration:
Rs. 25,000/- per month.

Age Limit & Other Conditions |
- Age
Limit: Candidates should not be more than 35 years of age
(likely as of 01.01.2026).
- Contract
Period: The engagement is initially for 11 months, which may be
renewed for another 11 months based on satisfaction. The total program
period is 2 years.
- Nature
of Job: Purely contractual; no claim for regular appointment.
