Eligibility
Criteria Age
Limit (as
on 01.08.2025) Minimum Age: 21 years Maximum Age: 30 years (32 years for AAO CA &
Legal) Age relaxation is applicable as per
rules for reserved categories.
Educational
Qualification -
AAO (Generalist): Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. -
AE (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 3 years
of work experience. -
AE (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
with 3 years of work experience. -
AAO (CA): Bachelor's Degree, passed Final exam of ICAI,
and be an Associate Member of ICAI. -
AAO (CS): Bachelor's Degree and a qualified member of
ICSI. -
AAO (Actuarial): Bachelor's Degree and passed at least 6
papers of the IAI/IFA, UK examination. -
AAO (Insurance Specialist): Bachelor's Degree, Fellowship
of Insurance Institute of India (Life), and 5+ years of experience. -
AAO (Legal): Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) with minimum
50% marks and 2+ years of experience.

AAO & AE Recruitment starts on 16th August 2025. 2.
What is the last date to apply? The last date to submit your online
application and pay the fee is 8th September 2025. 3.
What is the selection process? The selection process consists of three
stages: a Preliminary Examination, a Main Examination, and an Interview.
Candidates must qualify at each stage to move to the next. 4.
Is there negative marking in the exams? For the AAO (Generalist) exam, there is
no negative marking. For the AAO (Specialist) and AE exams, there is a
penalty of 1/4th mark for wrong answers in the Preliminary exam only; there
is no negative marking in the Main exam for these posts. 5.
Can I apply for more than one post? No, candidates should apply for only
one post. If multiple applications are submitted, only the latest valid
application will be considered, and fees for other applications will be
forfeited. 6.
What are the application fees? The application fee is Rs. 700/- for
General/OBC/EWS candidates and Rs. 85/- for SC/ST/PwBD candidates (plus
transaction charges and GST).
