Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Proficiency in local language.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preference to degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, etc.
- Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks. Two years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
- Specialist Officers (Scale-II): Varies by post. Requires specific degrees (e.g., IT, CA, Law, MBA) and relevant experience.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks. Minimum 5 years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Age Limit (as on 01.09.2025):
- Officer Scale-III: Above 21 years - Below 40 years.
- Officer Scale-II: Above 21 years - Below 32 years.
- Officer Scale-I: Above 18 years - Below 30 years.
- Office Assistant: Between 18 years and 28 years.
Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
