of the Director of Secondary Education (DSE), Assam has released an important
official notice for candidates who have qualified in the TET cum Recruitment
Examination (TCR), 2024.
This notice
is regarding the selection of districts for posting for the posts of Post
Graduate Teacher (PGT) and Graduate Teacher (GT). An online portal
will be made available for all qualified candidates to submit their district
preferences.

How will the final posting be decided?
The final
district allotment is subject to the availability of posts in the
respective districts and the candidate's merit. The selection will also follow
the order of preference for categories (PwD candidate, female, male).
The final
posting to a specific school within that district will be decided by the
concerned authority later.
