❓Frequently
Asked Questions (FAQs) |
|
Can I apply to more than one RRB? |
|
No. You can only choose **one RRB**
and apply once. Multiple applications to different RRBs or the same RRB will
result in the rejection of all your applications. |
|
Is the typing test score added to the final merit list? |
|
No. The Computer Based Typing Skill
Test (CBTST) is **qualifying in nature**. The final merit for Clerk/Typist
posts is drawn only from the normalized marks of the 2nd Stage CBT. |
|
Is there negative marking? |
|
Yes, there is negative marking in
both the 1st Stage and 2nd Stage CBTs. **1/3rd of the mark** will be deducted
for every wrong answer. |
|
What is the difference between EWS and EBC? |
|
EWS (Economically Weaker Section)
is eligible for **job reservation**. EBC (Economically Backward Class -
family income < ₹50,000/- p.a.) is eligible **only for fee concession**
(₹250/- fee) and not for job reservation. |
