How to Apply:
Prepare an application in plain paper stating the following details: Name of Applicant, Age, Date of Birth, Gender, Social Category, Name of Father, Name of Mother, Name of Husband (if married), Permanent Address, Address for communication, Contact Telephone/Mobile No., Educational Qualifications, Working Experience.
Attach a self-attested passport-size photograph.

Selection Process:
