The Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), South
Salmara Mankachar, has released an employment notification for the
recruitment of Peon and Process Server vacancies. This is a great

Eligibility Criteria |
Candidates must satisfy the following educational and age
criteria to apply:

Educational Qualification
- For
Peon:
- Minimum:
Class VIII Passed.
- Maximum:
Candidates must be below HSSLC (Class 12) passed.
- Note:
Candidates who have passed HSSLC (Class 12) or above are NOT eligible
to apply for the Peon post.
- For
Process Server:
- Minimum:
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Other
Requirement: Must have knowledge of Assamese Language.

Age Limit (As per Govt Rules)

Age: 18 Years
- Maximum
Age: 40 Years (for General Candidates).

The selection will be made based on the following stages:
- For
Peon: Written Test (50 Marks) followed by Viva-Voce/Interview.
- For
Process Server: Written Examination (100 Marks) followed by
Viva-Voce/Interview.

Interested candidates must submit their applications in the Standard
Form of Application (as published in Assam Gazette Part-IX).
Steps to Apply:
- Download
the Standard Form or purchase it from the market.
- Fill
in the form in BLOCK LETTERS using a Black/Blue ball pen.
- Paste
1 recent passport-size photograph on the form and staple 2 additional
copies of the photograph with the application.
- Attach
self-attested copies of all necessary testimonials:
