online applications for the Common University Entrance Test [CUET (UG)] – 2026.
This national-level entrance exam is the "single window opportunity"
for students seeking admission into Undergraduate Programs across all Central
Universities and other participating State, Deemed, and Private Universities
for the Academic Session 2026-27.

🎓 Eligibility & Qualification |
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination, or be appearing for it in 2026.
- Age Limit: There is no age limit for appearing in CUET (UG) 2026.
- Minimum Marks: While NTA has no minimum mark requirement, individual universities may require a minimum of 50% (General) or 45% (Reserved) in Class 12.
- Subject Choice: Candidates can choose subjects irrespective of what they studied in Class 12, but must check specific university requirements.

📝 Exam Pattern & Syllabus |
- Mode: Computer Based Test (CBT).
- Medium: 13 languages (English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu).
- Section 1 (Languages): Reading comprehension, literary aptitude, and vocabulary.
- Section 2 (Domain Subjects): Based on NCERT Class 12 syllabus only (23 subjects available).
- Section 3 (General Test): General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Mental Ability, and Numerical Ability. Marking: +5 for correct answers; -1 for incorrect answers.
