Domicile:
* The candidate must be an Indian Citizen and a permanent resident of Assam.
* Candidates must upload a valid Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) issued in Assam for educational purposes or an Employment Exchange Registration Certificate as proof of residency.
* Candidates must hold a 3 (Three) years Diploma specifically in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering from any institute recognized by AICTE.
Age Limit:
* The candidate's age must be between 18 and 40 years as of 01-01-2025.
* SC/ST: 5 years (up to 45 years)
* OBC/MOBC/Tea Tribes & Adivasi Community: 3 years (up to 43 years)
* Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD): 10 years
* Ex-Servicemen: The maximum age is 42 years as of 01-01-2025, with further relaxation of 3 years for OBC/MOBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
