across India under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961. This is a one-year

Eligibility Criteria |
- Age Limit: 20 to 28 years
as of September 1, 2025.
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years
for OBC, and 10 years for PwBD.
- Educational Qualification: A
bachelor's degree (graduation) in any discipline from a recognized
university. Candidates must have passed their graduation between January 1, 2022, and September 1, 2025.
- Local Language: Candidates who have studied
the local language of the opted state in their 10th or 12th standard will
be exempt from a language test. Others will have to pass a local language
test during the document verification process.

- How to Apply: Candidates must first
register on the Apprenticeship portal www.nats.education.gov.in before
applying on the official Canara Bank website. The application process is
entirely online.

Selection Process |
The selection process is based on merit, determined by the marks obtained in the
candidate's 12th standard or Diploma examination. There is no written exam or interview. The merit list is
prepared state-wise. Shortlisted candidates will then be called for document verification, a local language test,
and a medical fitness test.
