Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: Citizen of India.

Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as of July 1, 2025. Candidates should not have been born earlier than July 2, 2000, and later than July 1, 2007.

Age Relaxation:

SC/ST: 5 years

Ex-Servicemen: 3 years

Educational Qualification: Must be 10+2 (Senior Secondary) passed from a recognized Board.

Professional Qualification (for Male candidates): Must possess a valid driving license for LMV (Motor Cycle or Car) as of the date of PE&MT. Learner License is not acceptable.

The selection process involves two tiers: a Computer-Based Examination (CBE) followed by a Physical Endurance & Measurement Qualifying Test (PE&MT).

General Awareness: History, Culture, Geography, Indian Economy, General Polity, Indian Constitution, Scientific Research, and Current Affairs.

Numerical Ability: Number Systems, Averages, Interest, Profit & Loss, Mensuration, Time & Distance, etc.

Computer Knowledge: Elements of Word Processing, MS Excel, Communication (E-mail), and Internet basics (WWW, URL, Browsers).

Physical Standard Requirements

For Male Candidates:

Height: 170 cms (165 cms for residents of Hill areas, ST candidates, and sons of Delhi Police personnel/MTS).

Chest: 81-85 cms (minimum 4 cms expansion, 5 cms relaxation for specific categories).

For Female Candidates:

Height: 157 cms (155 cms for residents of Hill areas and SC/ST candidates, 152 cms for daughters of Delhi Police personnel/MTS).

Chest: Not applicable.
